The Norwell Recycling Committee, in partnership with Got Books, announces a book donation drop-off location in Norwell. Residents can donate books, CDs, VHS tapes and DVDs, and Norwell earns money to support recycling efforts.
Convenient and Profitable for Norwell Residents
The good cause not only gives Norwell residents a place in town to discard books, tapes, and other used items, it helps the town earn money. “We are excited to have a convenient way for residents to donate books,” explains Norwell Recycling Committee Chair, Joanne Dirk. “This eco-friendly fundraiser will assist residents, and keep books out of the trash.”
How Got Books Works
Got Books collects books through their drop off bins, and sells many of the books and media through its used bookstores located in Danvers and Saugus, MA, and Salem, NH. Norwell will earn money by the weight of books and media that is collected each month.
